Our project centers on shedding light on the impactful contributions of women in technology at Union Pacific Railroad. The objective was clear: to enhance recruitment efforts and create a more diverse and inclusive workforce by highlighting the experiences, achievements, and passion of female employees. Through a combination of thoughtful interviews, we set out to share these stories in a way that resonates with potential candidates and the wider audience.
